Forum Rules

.) Be polite, nice, and respectful. This forum is designed to connect people all around the world to discuss issues and create business contacts. The moderators prefer to allow posters to have discussions and talk out differences, but we will edit or delete any posts that we feel are excessively nasty or excessively personal. When the entire thread becomes overly nasty, we will issue a warning; if that warning is not followed, we will close the thread.

.) The primary purpose is to discuss issues and business, not individuals. Under no circumstances should allegations towards specific individuals or organizations be made that illegal, unethical, or abusive conduct has been performed unless it has been documented as fact in court or is in print and can be backed up with proof.

.) You are responsible for your statements. Messages posted on this forum can be read by hundreds or thousands of people (including those talked about). Please post responsibly. Posting anonymously does not give the license to make statements that you do not want to be connected to you.

.) Please keep personal conversations personal, and off the forum. Posts need to be of interest to everyone, not just a small group. Use the EquiMail or other private email if you are only addressing one or two people.

.) You may not post a copyrighted photo taken by a professional photographer unless you have purchased that photo. Do not post proofs. Do not copy and post copyrighted photos from other websites.

.) Respect the instructions of your moderators. If you have a concern, address it in an e-mail, not on the board. When instructions are ignored, threads will be shut down.

.) If you don't follow the rules, your ability to post on the forum will be revoked. The decisions of the moderators are final. In addition: considering the real-time nature of this bulletin board, it is impossible for us to review messages or confirm the validity of the information posted. Please remember that we do not actively monitor the contents of posted messages and are not responsible for any messages posted. We do not vouch for or warrant the accuracy, completeness or usefulness of any message, and are not responsible for the contents of any message. The messages express the views of the author of the message, not necessarily the views of this forum, EquiCommerce, or any entity associated with the forum. Any user who feels that a posted message is objectionable is encouraged to contact us immediately by email at customerservice@equicommerce.com. We have the ability to remove objectionable messages and we will make every effort to do so, within a reasonable time frame, if we determine that removal is necessary. This is a manual process, however, so please realize that we may not be able to remove or edit particular messages immediately. You agree, through your use of this service, that you will not use this forum to post any material which is knowingly false and/or defamatory, inaccurate, abusive, vulgar, hateful, harassing, obscene, profane, sexually oriented, threatening, invasive of a person's privacy, or otherwise in violation of any law. You agree not to post any copyrighted material unless the copyright is owned by you or this site. Although this forum is not responsible for the content of any of these messages, we reserve the right to delete any message for any or no reason whatsoever. You remain solely responsible for the content of your messages, and you agree to indemnify and hold harmless EquiCommerce, or any other agent involved with EquiCommerce with respect to any claim based upon transmission of your message(s). We also reserve the right to reveal your identity (or whatever information we know about you) in the event of a complaint or legal action arising from any message posted by you. Please note that chain letters, pyramid schemes, and solicitations are inappropriate on this forum.
